I believe a manager’s primary output is the success of their team. I don’t just manage tasks; I manage careers. My goal is to identify the unique “superpowers” of each designer and align them with business needs.

Design as a Scalable System
Great design shouldn’t be a bottleneck; it should be a catalyst. I advocate for modular thinking and robust Design Systems to reduce “busy work” and allow designers to focus on high-level problem solving.
